Resources for Academics
For specific departments and/or libraries of universities or colleges, we offer a subscription to the U.S. Business Cycle Indicators database through IP filtering. This allows researchers, professors, and students of the subscribing academic institution to gain access to over 280 economic time series that we offer in our database.
In addition, The Conference Board has licensed the U.S. Business Cycle Indicators data set to supplement popular macroeconomic texts. See Macroeconomics, 7th Edition, by Robert J. Gordon, Addison-Wesley, ©1999; and Macroeconomics. 3rd Edition, by Andrew B. Abel and Ben S. Bernanke, Addison-Wesley, ©1998. We welcome inquiries from economics and business text authors and publishers.
